To ensure your automatic electric gates continue to perform as intended despite being exposed to Britain's typical weather conditions, we recommend they are serviced regularly.

The specifics of the regularity of a service are unique to each gate, the more it is used the more it will need to be serviced, very much like a car.

Outlined below are three of our standard schemes, we will advise you at the time of installation our recommendation for the servicing of your system and offer competitive pricing for ongoing service and maintenance.

Countryside Automation recommends for gates that open 16 or more times a day that the below service schemes are expanded to include two scheduled services per annum.

Serviceplan

Countryside Automation will visit your property once during the scheme.
This scheme includes:

  • One full service and maintenance check where any faulty components can be repaired or replaced.
  • The cost of all labour and consumables used for the service (excludes cost of parts).
  • Guaranteed callout response within four working days.
Serviceplus

Countryside Automation will visit your property for one annual service and all callouts.
This scheme includes:

  • One full service and maintenance check where any faulty components can be repaired or replaced.
  • The cost of all labour and consumables used for the service (excludes cost of parts).
  • The cost of all labour on attendance of a breakdown call (excludes cost of parts).
  • Guaranteed callout response within next or second working day.
Serviceextra

Countryside Automation will visit your property for one annual service and all callouts.
This scheme includes:

  • One full service and maintenance check where any faulty components can be repaired or replaced.
  • The cost of all labour, parts and consumables used for the service.
  • The cost of all labour and parts on attendance of a breakdown call.
  • Guaranteed callout response within next or second working day


Specific contracts can be tailored to meet your site requirements, products and budget if the above scheme is not suitable for your project
